Ingredients
150g dried peaches
100g almonds
2 tbsp ground almonds
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp lemon juice
4 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
4 tsp water
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Add the dried peaches, almonds and 2 ground almond into a food processor and process until everything is well combined
2. Add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, coconut oil, dessicated coconut, water and salt to the mixture and process for 30 seconds
3. Spread the mixture onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Cut into bars and enjoy
